About the role

A career in DGITL is an opportunity to face new challenges in one of the most digitalized financial companies in the Nordic region. Under Daily Banking belonging Daily Banking Solutions – Digital Sales and Customer Advice team, which at the moment consists of 16 young, experienced professionals as well as interesting and really very nice human beings team members located in Vilnius is expanding and looking for a User Experience Specialist in a Product Ordering Portal system. We are willing to find one more special and motivated personality who would have passion in creating user interface design and user experience design for a Product Ordering Portal system an existing web shop for advisors in the whole bank and one of the top strategical services in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Build a new attractive design or enhance the existing one, where the user experience is more in focus than it has been so far.
  • Improve the design in a way that caters for this, and in a way where users from different countries and with specific needs are taken care off.
  • Take a set of complex information and distil it into simplicity and elegance.
  • In cooperation with business analysts and business representatives analyse possibilities and come up with solutions that covers the business need keeping being user friendly as well as fitting into the overall scope of the ordering portal.
  • Keep an authority to tell the business as well as the IT side, what to build and when in order to prioritise the most critical pain points.

Requirements

  • Experience with user research
  • Experience with digital design (i.e. design of interactive systems)

Core competences:

  • Experience in UX and user-centered design, information architecture and analysis, digital prototyping and usability
  • Experience in creating UI design guidelines
  • Experience in qualitative research and consumer behavior
  • Experience in ecommerce and customer experience
  • Excellent English skills

Required technical competences:

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar tool
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology would be an advantage

Required personal skills:

  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Constant will for the professional growth
  • Taking initiative and decisions when needed
  • Positive and can-do attitude, good team-work skills as well as capability to work independently
  • Creativity, flexibility and openness for quick changes
