Visma Lietuva is expanding and looking for a UX designer to join our Azets team in Vilnius. The new UX designer will take ownership of a custom design system and will collaborate with experienced front-end developers and UI designers. It is expected that the new UX designer will be passionate about information architecture, interaction design and user research. The new colleague will work closely with stakeholders and will help to introduce new features with consistency in mind.

What do we expect?

  • Analytical thinking, willingness to conduct research and provide feedback
  • Deep understanding of design practices, best practices and design patterns
  • Good communication skills to present the design rationale to the team, stakeholders and managers
  • Theoretical knowledge of Design Thinking

Nice to have:

  • Academic degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science or related disciplines
  • Experience with Sketch, InVision
  • Experience facilitating workshops

Technology stack:

Bootstrap 4, Storybook.js, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Illustrator, Hotjar, Lucidchart, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
